Kiran Pathways is a Maryland based educational non-profit organization. It aims to build bridges of understanding across generations and communities in America. It aspires to
pathways of equity and success, specially for the disadvantaged among all communities. Kiran Pathways considers open sharing of practical knowledge and experience is essential to enable
our present and future generations to understand and appreciate each other. This will ensure a life in harmony for all.
OUR MISSION
Kiran pathways is a grassroot educational and cultural non-profit,- founded by like minded individuals of diverse backgrounds. The founders understand the importance of a multi-community effort to build America.
1. Kiran Pathways aims to build bridges of understanding across communities and help to build a better unified America by sharing information on American history and culture,acknowledging the importance of understanding the past and help build an unified America.
2. Kiran Pathways aims to provide information about different pathways, - to not only improve job opportunities among disadvantaged communities, to enable them to equipthemselves with knowledge to make decisions to better themselves, their families and their communities.
3. Kiran Pathways aims to enable disadvantaged communities to make knowledge based decisions to improve their career and life choices.
4. Kiran Pathways, by acknowledging the importance of a positive and rational understanding of the past, while imparting skills for the future, seeks to promote the version of America that embodies a multicultural and multi-faith ethos enabling the future generations to be better global citizens.
5. Kiran Pathways seeks to make a joint effort to build the knowledge base of youth across communities with collaborative efforts across different communities.
6. Kiran Pathways, aims to leverage technology and the invaluable experience of our communities’ educated, skilled and successful members to share information and train less privileged to make knowledge based decisions to improve their present lives andthose of future generations.
